What We Delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including where applicable:

  • Facebook Login identifiers and linked authentication data
  • Connected Gmail identifiers, authorization tokens, stored sender and recipient details, subject lines, dates, short message snippets, and derived quote or project-tracking information
  • Instant messaging phone numbers or user handles, profile names, message contents, attachments, message IDs, and conversation records associated with your identity
  • Uploaded project files, drawings, and documents
  • AI analysis results, estimates, and generated reports associated with your account
  • Support requests or feedback tied to your identity, unless retention is legally required

Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security needs, payment record requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup retention cycles.

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or keep transaction and audit records. Where retained data is no longer needed to identify you, we will anonymize it when practical.
